Margaret and the team are fantastic very quick in providing quotes and extremely competitive with their pricing. They are very flexible with arranging deliver and pick up of equipment.

We hired lots of things from BE for my daughter's wedding, and their service was basically perfect. (Chairs, benches, some catering equipment, glasses, tablecloths, banqueting roll.) Kris was always efficient and helpful when we changed the order multiple times, and the delivery and collection people were great. I checked around for prices compared to others, and they were the same or less than others, as well as being recommended by the village hall and local.

I have long been a fan of the stackable bookcases BE makes and sells, having first come across them while working for an antiquarian bookseller. I think they are used a lot by booksellers and at book fairs, but they are equally great for a normal home. They are strong, sturdy, and well-crafted, and immensely convenient. Being able to close them up and stack them on top of each other means they are very mobile. I own four bookcases upstairs in my house and getting them up there was the easiest thing in the world. But they are also solid and can hold a great number of books given the space between each shelf and indeed the depth of each shelf (see photo). They are not particularly cheap but you are paying for quality craftmanship, and I would not hesitate to buy more. On top of that, customer service is excellent. The first two I bought online and they arrived just a few days later. The second time, I was a 45-min drive away from the warehouse, so I called and asked if I could buy two and pop by and pick them up that day. No fuss, the order was made instantly and I collected them two hours later. Customer service was friendly and highly efficient. For anyone looking for bookcases that are convenient, robust, and well-designed, I highly recommend BE Furniture.

Brilliant company. We hired a lot of tables and chairs for our wedding, as well as the 'LOVE' lights. The staff were very flexible, and it was no trouble for us to change our order quantities many times. Everything was dropped off perfectly on time and picked up right on time too! I'd highly recommend this company for any large scale furniture hire!

Hired my wedding chairs from here - customer service was excellent and very responsive when I got in touch! The chairs arrived on the day and were collected extremely punctually, which definitely calmed my apprehension about the day. So happy that I used BE event hire. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor customer service from this company (Ant). I purchased a table 9 month ago and it already draws water from one side of the table top. I would have expected a table to last longer than 9 months. When I emailed the company, it was implied that it was my fault and that I might have put the table upside down. Why would I do that? Blaming the customer for poor quality and manufacturers fault is not very good customer service. If I wanted an outside table that only lasts one summer I would have bought somewhere else.
