Excellent service from start to finish. Gary did a first rate job on my favourite armchair and all at a very a reasonable cost, cannot recommend Furniture Medic high enough

Very bad customer service got promised a call back 3 times no call back, finally got through to somebody called Gary who said he will call me and again no call tried to call him over 15-16 times no answer left voice messages no call
