While being on lockdown I was looking for a nice quality garden sofa. Kubek were not only the best value for the furniture I wanted, but there service was amazing too.
Ordered on the Monday and was delivered on the friday of the same week. Also messaged a few times before buying and responses were very good.

Great company with outstanding customer service. I ordered the savannah outdoor sofa set and it arrived a lot sooner than expected. There was a small issue with the sofa but mark and team were great, very helpful and resolved quickly. The sofa itself is of great quality and super comfortable. We had been seeking a octagonal table for a recent home renovation. We came across Kubek while doing our search. We spoke with the team over a few months who were very informative and friendly.

Once we committed to the sale we found the whole delivery process easy with commitment from the team to even get the delivery done on a bank holiday - which was much appreciated as the journey was quite a distance.

We are very happy with our handmade table from the team. The table is of the highest quality of workmanship and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many decades to come.

Ordered a lovely garden furniture set but the glass on the table had shattered (got damaged in transit) I contacted the company with pictures and had a repsonce within 10 mins of me sending an email from Mark. I cannot fault them. What amazing customer service, not only did the table get replaced but Mark personally delivered it (we live in Barnsley) . And he had built the table ready for us to use. Apart from the fact I love the daybed I cannot be happier with the service I received from Mark at Kubek. He went over and above to accommodate my requirements which meant I ordered the furniture in December for when I moved house in March. Unlike most companies they took a deposit rather than the whole amount and I just let him know when I moved, paid the balance and the furniture was delivered. From start to finish this was the most stress-free purchase I've made for my new house. I can't recommend Kubek enough.
