Doesn’t really warrant 1 star. The manager is just so extremely rude. My mother ordered furniture in May and to date only half has been delivered. Been in today to cancel the order and the manager didn’t even offer an apology. We had been given 3 delivery dates but still no sign of the sofa. When you see the tv advert with the exact sofa for delivery before Xmas Which Christmas???? certainly not 2021. I will never recommend this store to anyone. The 2 members of staff we had previously dealt with were hiding round the corner in the store. Disgusting customer service

Ordered a 3 piece suite Oct 15 2021 up to date 3 cancelled delivery dates. Been told today 2 chairs may be delivered and the settee in August. HELLO . You really need to get your act together. We've paid in full and in the past spent thousands. NOT ANYMORE.

Had an issue with an order i made online. Called into the Deepdale store and dealt with the manager, Naz.
He was very helpful and sorted everything for me. He is a credit to the company! Highly recommended 👌

Beware if you shop at Oak furniture land you will get a parking charge mine was £170 stating my wheel was slightly on the white line. It is not free parking it is a scam the first year here is a debt collection letter very lucrative for them

Don’t come in your car you will get a parking fine on the car park very likely material is slightly on the white wine and it’s 130 send it out after months pretending you’ve ignored it but really don’t send anything in the first place till you get the collection letter absolute scam beware go to a different retail Park

Lovely store, a good selection of items and friendly and helpful staff, got exactly what i wanted so i came away very happy.

My wife and I have got a New suite and other items from the store in Preston.
A very nice gentleman called Zeb was very understanding helpful, polite and courteous. Thank you.😀

Helpful, not too pushy. Can they deliver what they promise? We'll see!
