Made a returm visit to look at dinning room furniture. As per our previous visit their service was excellent. Roy Goodall was most helpful and patient whilst we made our selections. Not only do you get great customer service they remain competative with their pricing too.

Bought a g plan vintage sofa, found exactly what i wanted on line, purchased per phone. Excellent price, very helpful, professional store colleague. Very simple process. Would shop here again and recommend to friends.

Prices in the shop are better than online, we ordered 2 electric recliners.

Excellent customer service. We went in to buy a mattress and bed and there are so many variations and choices available with budgets to match, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable on all the products in store, offering sound advice and guidance. In addition, the store offers a price match and therefore why would you go anywhere else?!!
When we took delivery the same level of service was provided, whereby the old bed was taken away and the new one built on site with the packaging taken away. We are incredibly impressed with Smiths The Rink Ltd and can't rate them highly enough. We would certainly use them again.
