Shop sells broken glass furniture that should be scrapped.
Customer service is terrible and so is their communication skills.
Total Rip Off Merchants. Business seems to be run by travellers so guys I'd give it a miss and go to Picworths just up the road from this place.

My mother went into Gatsby on Saturday after waiting 8 months for another sofa she ordered from another Loughborough firm on a retail site in Loughborough. She paid for the sofa at Gatsby on Saturday afternoon and was sitting on her new sofa by Monday afternoon.
