Oak Furnitureland

I went to this shop to get a bed for my little one. The customer service advisor who showed me around was very rude, so I didn't want to stay there longer. I came home and bought a similar bed online for less price including 5 years warranty. Be aware you need to pay for your 5 years warranty in Oak furniture land. Make sure to do your research before you buy!

I can't comment on quality because I never bought anything from Oak Furniture Land. One star is for the rude service

We bought a number bedroom furniture for two of our bedrooms from this store. I must say Dipak and Hilen were superb. They made us very welcome and really looked after us. We were seen as a family when they helped us selecting the right furniture. Dipak even went the extra mile and kept me up to date with the order status and provided with genuine advise regarding price changes and as a result we saved even more money. I must not forget how kind Michael is in that store. He gave us some good advise about prices. Along with others, he too gave us tea and biscuits each time we went back. Dipak gave us loads of other goodies to take away for the furniture. Extremely kind. You guys have really won our hearts. I wish other store staff can be like you all. Thank you very much for your warm welcome.

I ordered several pieces of furniture from the Stevenage store recently, ranging from sofas to sideboards. Michael and Hiren were so polite, friendly and helpful with lots of advice when choosing my items. Delivery of goods was on time and the drivers pleasant and helpful. The furniture is of good quality and looks lovely.

I am a support worker, working for Sense, for the visually and hearing impaired and I have been visiting this furniture shop several times now with a totally blind client I support. To say the service from Michael has been second to none, would be an understatement and both me and my client feel that he is a true genuine and helpful salesman, who wishes to understand people's needs in order to help them and come up with ideas and go the extra mile. This is so rare to receive this service today, but refreshing when you do receive this style of service and it has made my client wish to come back to buy more furniture purely due to the wonderful caring service and trust. A big congratulations for being so persceptive to the disability world and for being so patient, we will always choose you first for reasons above. Also the process in purchasing is well organised and professional.

Just taken delivery today of Colorado 3 seater sofa from Stevenage store, delivered within time slot promised and well packaged in large cardboard box.
Only problem was the fabric care kit was missing, but a quick phone call to Michael at the store and he said a kit would be sent out to me straight away.
Excellent service.
Would definitely use this store again.

Went yesterday after browsing many shops looking at sofas, happened to pop into Oak Furniture as a whim, just to see as we thought we were set on one from another store, went in there, such a relaxed feeling from the store and colleagues, making themselves present but not smothering you, we had a look around and then made a decision on a sofa, Michael was amazing, discussing options with us, and finding us the right price also, he went out of his way to make sure everything was good and checked in the next day with a call!
Highly recommend this store and Michael also!

Bought a dining table and four chairs - delivery got delayed by a few weeks.

The table arrived chipped. They sent another one a week later, also chipped.

We now have to wait two weeks for yet another one to arrive. No offer of compensation. Terrible service.
