Fabb Furniture King's Lynn

My dear god if only my folks listened too me, over priced and there delivery charge is abysmal £69 for delivery of an item.you could go over the road to dfs and get it for free. Even worse that they defend this charge by saying it comes from the manufacture and gets delivered in a big lorry.......yeah right what dpd local van you mean.

As a comparison I visited DFS not one person came up to find out what I wanted so I left. Went to Fabb and wow!! I was attended to. Ruth found out what exactly I was looking for and let me make up my own mind. Not a hard sell and extremely friendly. Would I recommend.....yes I would. Great value for money and with an order under my belt. Thank you Ruth you were brilliant.

Dan was extremely helpful. Very patient while we tried to make a decision. Very professional and efficient. Christine the MD was amazing. So friendly and fun and gave us a brilliant deal! We will be back 😃

Terrible furniture supplier
Promised me a settee before Christmas only to be told today (21st Nov) it will be delivered January
I’ve now got no furniture to sit on over Christmas for me and my family as we sold the other settee to wall paper & put a new carpet in the lounge ready for the new delivery
FAB FURNITURE =do not trust there sales patter there just trained to lie to you and make sales. Our family Christmas is ruined.

After service is a joke! Spent 5k on a sofa and table and chairs and carpet. Sofa backs have never aligned from day one and now the chaise on the sofa has fell in. It’s not even in a place that’s sat on. Basically been told by them that we are too fat for the sofa and accused of letting our dogs jump on the sofa. Firstly this is untrue and secondly it’s rude. About to contact ombudsman to resolve! I asked to be called to discuss but was completely ignored. Terrible customer service by ‘Emma’

I must say that it was a pleasure to visit Fabb furniture Kings Lynn, we were acknowledged on entering the store but not followed around but when we needed assistance someone was nearby.
We saw a suite that we liked and Stephanie ( a special thank you for all your help and patience ) was very helpful answering all our questions.

We were given a delivery time and on at least 3 occasions we were contacted to inform us of the progress of our order this I thought was very useful and professional.

And as promised we were contacted within the time frame stated to arrange delivery. Also the delivery app works well and is accurate also a phone call from the delivery crew to say they were 15 minutes away.

The crew were very helpful and polite (sorry I didn't get your names guys but thanks for the professional manner in which the delivery was made ) the whole buying and delivery process was smooth with absolutely no stress.
we have a couple more items to buy and no doubt we will be going to Fabb furniture.

Great range to choose from, exelent staff never pushy, quoted delivery time and almost to the day delivery arranged. We were kept informed of progress on our order throughout. Great service exelent staff 5 plus stars.
