10/10 service, definitely would use again
Had an issue with the draws and they were back within an hour with the correct ones
Wouldn't get that with IKEA

Excellent service all round. Delivery guys gave me a one hour delivery slot beforehand which was very helpful. Very polite guys and my sofa was assembled perfectly. A happy customer. Good to see Martin's Furniture back!

Having hurt my back and needing a new mattress to help, I foolishly decided to buy a firm mattress from a well known online manufacturer. However, when it eventually turned up (at a time completely different to when they said they would!) It was softer than a bean bag with only 2 beans in.!! I decided then to visit Martins and the experience could not have been more different. They had plenty of mattresses in their showroom for me to try out, combined with very helpful sales staff and they delivered it the next day as they said they would and even telephoned 30 mins beforehand so that I was ready for them. If you are thinking of buying a bed or furniture I would highly recommend you go to Martins where good old fashioned customer service is alive and well.

Top class service from start to finish. Helped me find a specific item of furniture to match an existing suite and delivered it earlier than expected. The delivery team kept me informed of when they'd be arriving and took the item to the spot I wanted, as prearranged.
Can't fault these guys and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Very helpful and efficient service with excellent delivery communication. Our wardrobe was carefully assembled at our home by a most pleasant team.
