Dante Furniture - Sofa Shop Burnley

Bought a recliner at a fantastic price about £500 cheaper than on DFS and it came in perfect condition. Very happy with everything the customer service was a delight to speak to and everyone is very friendly when you go in, would recommend!

I would just like to thank sofa shop Dante Furniture for helping me find the perfect sofa. I visited the showroom in Burnley Lancashire over the weekend and walked away with a 3 seater sofa and chair. Great value for money. I would defo recommend visiting the showroom its huge.

Went to Dante for sofa lovely sofa manager is so pleasant laid back got a DFS sofa recliner it's beautiful looks like suede gorgouse the lads who brought it they was polite unpacked it and Mo the lad was lovely and the other 2 lad all nice 3 lads helpfull put it all together took packaging away I'd buy thete again welkdone Dante

Got leather corner couch about 13 month ago and it is absolutely shocking the state it is in and its not been abused nobody jumping in it nobody on it with shoes on just started to rip away tryed contacting them and no reply

If I could give this shambles of a shop I would give it a -10!!!

Stay well clear of his shop as he is a con man who takes peoples deposits and doesn’t comply with anything he said at the start of the sale. Him and his mistress are rude and arrogant to the point where they say it your face. Not to mention them both having potty mouths around children. Absolutely disgraceful. They have failed to communicate and give our deposit back and we still haven’t got the bed!!!! I will be making sure trading standards are aware of their business. Watchdog will be made aware of this fraudulent company too!

STAY AWAY FROM DANTE FURNITURE!!!!

Ordered a guvnor electric recliner chair from Dante furniture. Delivered and was shown the recliner worked then it was covered for just over a month as we was having work done . Once the work was done we uncovered the chair to find it was faulty contacted Dante furniture but no response we had to go through the finance company they got involved and sent someone to look at it and the fault is the mechanism we was 9 days out of warranty so we wasn’t entitled to cancel the finance and return the chair the finance company said Dante furniture would either repair it or replace it but as yet still no response

Ordered a Brooklyn sofa in October was told 8 weeks for delivery rang up to confirm when it’s being delivered as it’s been almost 12 weeks and this person started swearing on the phone telling me he isn’t going to deliver the sofa. Will be going to trading standards and reporting the fool don’t buy from here!!!! If I could give zero I would!
