Excellent service. Item ordered and delivered expeditiously. Friendly staff who are there to assist in meeting your expectations. Definitely would recommend. Prices very reasonable and competitive. Sofas and bed are of brilliant quality.

Gave a black leather office chair to be re-upholstered in Black. £40 job. Should take a few days to do. Took 6 months. Numerous visits made. Given assurances every time that it will be done by such and such a date, and on those dates, it still hadn't been done. After 6 months of empty promises and to-ing and fro-ing, it got done. In white! Asked them to fix it. 2 weeks later, still not fixed. Got so sick of them, I just went and picked it up. Really poor workmanship. They didn't charge, which provides little comfort. Ruined a really nice chair. Probably going to throw it away. Utter waste of time.

I had 2 +3 Chestfield suite from this company it is amazing I am really pleased ad time slot 10 till 1 was here at 10 very pleasant polite people would recomend this company on getting your next suite

Excellent service, from chosing design to delivering and setting up sofas and bed. Highly recommended.

The sofa was fine (once it had been finally delivered) but the Customer service was a let down from the beginning. Had to continuously chase for updates, finally got a delivery date only to have the wrong sofa delivered. Rang the shop straight away & was told they’d order the right corner piece and deliver. Had to chase again for a delivery date, was told it’d be delivered by weekend but no calls or texts. Nothing. Had to contact them again - got a response saying they were unsure as to why item was undelivered. Requested for sofa to be delivered the following day, I requested for 12pm, they said it’ll be here for 11am - which was perfect except it didn’t arrive till 1pm - and even then I had to chase it up from work!! Please don’t over promise & under deliver.
I was told delivery would take 2 weeks from my first order, but it didn’t arrive until after 8 weeks. Poor customer service & extremely dissatisfied. Would have been so much easier & hassle free to refund it all so I could’ve bought from elsewhere.

I received my Ashton Chesterfield Steel Grey French velvet 5seater corner suite on Thursday September 9th...I'm absolutely delighted with it, it's fabulous excellent quality. This is my second time using this company they are so professional, efficient and friendly to deal with and there time keeping is outstanding by far, they arrived earlier than expected which I was so happy about... I highly recommend this company... I will be using them again in the future xx
