I was quite anxious about my sofa delivery after reading the reviews on here however, I am very pleased with the whole process. In store at Stevenage, we found our favourite sofa. We ordered it and it was ready 12 weeks later (expected to wait 14). We had it delivered today and it's fab! So comfy and good quality. Charlie from Customer Services was very helpful and friendly on the phone when booking in our delivery date. Very satisfied customer 👍🏼

hugely disappointed with customer service. Leather sofa has started peeling after just 6 months and their customer service is dreadful . They dont want to know.
I would NEVER shop there again . Avoid at all costs .
wish I had gone to DFS instead 😕 would give no stars if I could . Feel very let down by this store.
we realised the long delay was out of their hands but faulty goods.... cmon FV admit you sold us a faulty sofa and do the decent thing and replace it

Great showroom and great choice of sofas etc.
Purchase experience not great. Went in, knowing exactly the sofa we wanted and the colour from doing our research (salespersons dream if you like).
The original salesperson we spoke to was going to see if there was an offer on the sofa and call us - never did.
So we went back when we were able to about 3 weeks later. We sat in there for about 15 minutes waiting and no salesperson came over, (hearing a customer in full complaints mode about a poor quality product and lack of communication was also off putting) they were sitting at their desks or chatting amongst themselves. When we sat down with the salesperson, we said we had been in and hadn’t heard back and they didn’t seem interested. It was very much that we felt we’d inconvenienced them a bit. We purchased the sofa because it was the one we wanted, really disappointed because when we helped a family member with their purchase and the experience was exceptional (hence us going back), they chatted through everything so clearly, helped them with everything and even made them a coffee.

Able to see item in store before ordering. Item delivered on time undamaged and assembled in 15 minutes , with all packaging taken away.
Very satisfactory service.

Peeling leather on my new leather sofa after 8 months of purchase. After sale Customer services was terrible and refused to repair it. I paid extra for the Guardsman insurance but they blamed the company and said it was a regular occurance. Leaves me with damaged Furniture. Please stay away from this company.

Great Service and the sales representative called Cyril at the Stevenage store was so informative and helpful to enable me decide what I needed for my flat - will definitely visit this store again for any other future purchases

Dreadful...had an ottoman bed delivered Friday 17th December after ordering in September. Then they couldn't aseemble it as it was sent with a broken foot? Since then absolutely no contact , but I've been left laying on the floor on a mattress and unable to move around my bedroom due to the pieces and boxes of my expensive bed ...this is shocking treatment and terrible customer service lucky they got one star to be honest
