Harveys Furniture

We ordered sofa's from Harvey's and they have been useless from start to finish. Staff in store are unable to help with anything, avoid if possible. We definitely won't be going back, and the measly £40 compensation we received was an insult more than anything.

Absolutely terrible the shop assistant was great but the delivery was a complete shambles the slot they gave me was from 7am till 1pm they eventually delivered my 3 piece suite at 5 10pm to which the men had no respect at all they came into my house like bulls in a China shop I was so annoyed I was glad when they left it was a terrible experience then the next day I found a mark on my leather sofa which I still say it was grazed with the Stanley knife they used to slice the plastic off what a day that was I couldn't believe it phoned the shop after sending photos of the mark 2 weeks later a man came out to just colour it in I paid 2 and half thousand pounds for this suite not impressed at all it's not a year old yet never will it last 16 years like my old one never again will I buy from Harvey's

My husband and I whent for a new mattress as I'm in bed a lot ♿. Then there latest mattress covers it is so nice and my back loves this mattress and this shop thank you.

The furniture is very nice. Some was comfortable but the prices were over the odds.

Absolute liars!!!!!!! I bought the sofa 3rd of march , they told me 7 weeks delivery time, after 7 weeks they told me they’re going to have my sofa on 9th of may which was 2 weeks delays, on 9th they told me they’re going to have my sofa on 17th of may and there will be a 7 days delivery time which would make it 24th of may , I asked for refund because they were keep lying to me and changing they’re words , I went to the store and asked for refund the huy told me ill receive a check in 7 working days , I received a call on 11th of may and been told ill receive a check in 14 working days , that’s disgraceful, the customer services are not helpful at all ,the sells men they just think about theyre commissions, so now ill receive my check on 24th of may which they’re really forcing me to wait for my sofa ,after 3 months wait, no SOFA but I won’t buy it and will wait for my check, horible !!!!!!!!

Harveys has a great selection of products friendly staff ready to help.. happy to answer questions honestly and recommend good stuff.... salesman lunguage hahaha .... hey the guys did not just make salesman advice but detailed and passionate disscussion on the selection well knowleadgable of what he was saying not just giving kudos but he was great...

Terrible customer service if you have problem with goods delivered rubbish customer service do not buy from them they are a disgrace did not warrant one star but only way I can comment in web site rubbish customer service they should be closed down harveys are totally rubbish at looking after customers who have after sale problems

Recently purchased furniture from the Stevenage branch. To cut a long story short, the customer service was VERY POOR through out, especially the person named TIM (who has short brown hair and a beard stubble) who normally sits at the front desk. Will NEVER shop at ANY Harvey's store again so BE WARNED. I do regret not shopping at DFS who are SO MUCH BETTER. Can't believe I have to give this company 1 star when they deserve negative stars. Will cause them no further embarrassment, as they are not worth waisting my breath on.

Update - 18/09/2020 - I am so glad that they are going bankrupt and they deserve it due to their terrible treatment of customers and ripping them off. Good riddance to bad rubbish and no sympathy from me at all.
As for the staff sorry about your damn luck!
