Furniture Village Farnborough

We went to the store recently to look at furniture and were looked after by Liam. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were offered options and given the opportunity to browse without pressure. Liam was extremely supportive and honest, giving us advice which was solid and helpful in making our choices. He even stayed on with us once the store closed to ensure we weren’t rushed into making decisions. Highly recommended and a real pleasure to be in this store.

When we entered the Furniture village store in Farnborough, we had a very friendly welcome from sales assistant Derek spittle. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to help us through all the many different options for the furniture that we wanted.
It was excellent service, and we would definitely recommend this store to our family and friends.

Had an excellent experience today. Sarah and Chris provided a superb level of customer support, ensuring that we could secure the furniture that we wanted. Sarah was extremely friendly and spent time explaining lots of useful tips to help us get the best out of our new furniture.

Went in to view their dinning set collection, and Chris couldn't have been more helpful. He ran through the different options and colours, sizes and additional extras to consider. Walked away extremely happy with my purchase and the professional service we received.

Best service ever. Can't fault Chris Bottom the guy who dealt with us. He explained everything we needed to know and helped us choose a mattress suitable to us. Went into the store to look at a potential mattress. Chris approached us and offered his assistance. He wasn't pushy but very informative and full of advice/wisdom.

We had a fantastic experience today while purchasing a dining table set. Chris Bottom and Sarah showed highest level of customer service and explained each and every bit thoroughly. All of the customer service representatives are polite and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this shop.

Wonderful experience at Farnborough branch. Wide range of high quality furniture available. Exceptional customer service from Alex Sandison. He was very knowledgeable and gave good advice and suggestions about a range of furniture which was invaluable in helping us chose our bed, mattress and armchair. Sure to be going back to buy more in the future.
