DO NOT TOUCH THESE GUYS WITH A BARGE POLE. In store experience is fine, however after a 9 week wait they delivered me two right hand sides to a 4 seater sofa with numerous stains and faults in the fabric. Then you have to do battle with their non-existent customer services team. So far on hold to their head office customer services team for 55 mins and still waiting. You have to question their quality checking process, as you can see from the photo, not exactly difficult to see they are the same side !!!!!!! - very very poor.

Had a great experience! Me and my partner walked in around 6pm and were greeted by Jody who was calm and friendly and gained the information of what we were after very quickly and pointed us in the right direction. He let us go and find what we needed with his input which i loved as me and my partner have just bought our first house and we are very excited and wanted to enjoy picking out what we needed. Once we picked he was there to take our order and concluded it very professionally and was very friendly. Chris was also friendly and created a great atmosphere and finally Justin was extremely helpful and was very reassuring about how the process worked. I am so impressed. Me and my partner both work in sales and know most people will only review when they have had a bad experience so ew are quick to praise good service. Will return for future purchases 100%!

Lovely shop clean and tidy. Friendly team without being pushy. Tried out the furniture we went in for, liked it and ordered it. Delivery times are horrific at the moment but they are everywhere, so don't expect a quick turn around. Ordered from them before and always found the products to be exceptional quality so happy to keep going back.

We have a great costumer service at OAK Cheltenham and the lady was so professional and very helpful to us.

Absolutely terrible service, was more than happy to take my money for a sofa over 5 months ago. Still haven’t received it and had 3 failed delivery dates and just a text on the day of delivery saying that it’s cancelled. Customer service are no help at all and just say they are sorry but nothing they can do!

Walked in. Was asked if needed help. Told him no was just browsing, he continued to harass us. Walked out in less than 7 seconds. Was ready to spend thousands. Your staff need training.

Bought 5 draw cabinet and when it came mortic and tenon joint had not been pushed together
But saying that sent photos got it changed had to wait a few months but got it today no info on delivery window. We were just going out for an appointment when delivery driver phone to say on way.very polit delivery men no problem with that but if I'd known where products were made I would not purchase.
The last time I bought oak it was English and a different and better quality.
Sales staff we're ok no problem.

Very helpful, enthusiastic and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble!
