You're Furnished

Can honestly say I have never known such poor customer service and utter arrogance from this company. Having paid in full for a dining room table to be made, we were more than happy to wait 12 weeks for delivery. Over confident owner assured us it was well within his companies remit. Alas not so. Never once in our 7 month wait were we contacted for any updates. Our phone calls were not returned and when we did speak to someone they were rude and obnoxious, treating us as with utter contempt. We have received our money back but would urge anyone considering using this company to stay well clear.

Never take any notice of any negativity reviews wise I've been buying and taking friends and family here for two decades (or so it feels). Solid furniture that lasts for a lifetime. Never ever ever had a cross word or fault with the firm at all. Massively pleased to see they've doubled floor space. Best selection in Essex yes, best in U.K? I'd say so .

This place is inedible, they have such beautiful furniture. We have been using them for years now, we have never been unhappy with the service or with their quality stock.
The website does not do them justice, if your looking for high quality furniture you must go and see their huge warehouse filled with everything. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Used You're Furnished several times. Furniture great quality good prices. Have some fantastic quirky bits you dont see in other stores. They all are happy to hang on to furniture until your room is ready but many stores are that flexible. Staff helpful and friendly too

Have visited the warehouse many times but today I was really disappointed with their so called "mega sale" "everything must go". Literally many of the items I saw today were the same price 6 months ago, but labelled up as though they were is a sale. Complete waste of my time amd a big lie.

Collected an item of furniture for a friend. Helpful, friendly, fast. Proper professional business 🙏👍👍

We paid for delivery of a glazed wall unit, and wardrobe. Which was reduced on the shop floor. At no time were we told it wouldnt come assembled. The delivery guy turned up as arranged which was £55 delivery, fair enough with a completely un assembled wardrobe that he alone struggled with getting off his van. The other was in a cardboard box. How would he get that up stairs and into a bedroom on his own. So it gets delivered but that's it.
When phoning "You're Furnished " and spoke to a very arrogant and dam right rude TOM, he said that's how it comes, if you don't want it, " put it back on the van"!! Be warned, don't be taken in and expect a good after sales service, you won't get it.

Continuously spam text me. Told me that it was OK because they got my details before GDPR, I said that wasn't actually how it worked but at any rate I just wanted them to stop, they told me to F off 😱 Totally unnecessary - but shows what sort of company they are!! You better hope your furniture is correct because I wouldn't like to experience giving them a more serious complaint!!!!
