WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH !
I ordered an egg chair and round table and chairs set , delivery came and the egg chair had been broken and the table was dragged into the property by the delivery driver on his own even though the box stated in capital letters do not drag ( 2 persons ) ! This marked my drive and scratched about 4inches on the side of the glass table. We told the company 10 mins after the table had been delivered as we noticed it straight away via phone call , they seemed annoyed and would sort the problem Monday as this was a Saturday and they where about to close ( at the beginning of June ) we have had numerous emails conversations on the phone being blunt brushing us off with a rubbish can’t help attitude, still had the broken egg chair and damaged table in our garden ! Eventually 5 weeks later they finally picked up the egg chair and still didn’t send refund until 2/3 emails and 3 phone calls but 1 week later they did. However they accidentally refunded the whole order and but we still had the damaged table. I went on holiday for 1 week and I had constant harassment via text message and calls to my personal mobile ( that I left for delivery purposes only ) demanding money back and voice notes while I was away. when I was back 1 week later I replied via email saying the table was damaged ( which you where made aware of ) & I am not paying full price for this but I will pay q fraction of the price due to the damage and how unprofessional they have been and how long then products have been left at my property broken taking up room ! This is when is got worse ! Telling me via email in reply to photos the damage to my drive that it was mud scraped off a new driveway that was laid 4 days prior to the table and chairs being delivered ( so not dirty at all ) and my drive was “filthy” and sending emails telling me I’m like “a silly child and I need to grow up” when I was asking when he would pick up the table and chairs , carrying on with the phone calls to my personal phone rather that email which I asked him to do , sometimes at stupid hours ( 1 email was 1am on a Sunday morning ! And Friday text messages ! )
They have been quick to come back to collect the table and chairs ( as they didn’t accept my new offer for the damaged table ) unlike they did with the egg chair ( 5/6 weeks later ) as obviously they hadn’t got the upper hand anymore as I had the money back they sent me by mistake.
They have now collected this table and I’m happy that the ordeal is finally over !
My overall experience with this company and Peter Allen the owner especially has be atrocious! I would never do business with him again and I can’t even believe he is still in business !
PLEASE STAY AWAY YOU COULD BE NEXT !!!

If only I could give unlimited stars because 5 just dosnt do them justice from the first call to me sitting on my corner sofa they go above and beyond what a fantastic family run company everything is 100% service,price,contact,packaging,quality if you are looking for garden furniture then look no further I’ve researched so many I was going to give up then came across blue lagoon and am I glad I did absolutely fantastic I can’t recommend them enough the delivery was free I’m in East Sussex which made no difference the delivery driver was helpful and polite which goes a long way. So please support a family run company I know I will be telling friends and family where to buy thank you Peter for all your help answering all my questions 👍🏻

I don't usually leave feedback, but I've decided to share my experience with this family-run business. We've ordered our sofa set back in April, and due to unforeseen circumstances, all deliveries from china got delayed due to the ship stuck in the channel. It was stressful for the owners and me as our order has been delayed for a couple of months. Peter handled it well and always answered the calls and emails even though it was beyond his control and he could do nothing about it. Once the SOFA arrived, it was well worth it, and the quality is OUTSTANDING! But again, we had an issue with the frame, and he again stepped in, and now we are waiting for a replacement frame from China to be sent to us! It's nothing like dealing with BIG shops where they don't care about the customers, and he is trying his best to assist with any questions or updates you might have at his best! Plus, they do have great prices, and it's worth it!

We bought a Grace sofa garden set as a birthday present and couldn't be happier. Not only because of how much we like the sofa/dining set.
We first got a phone call about 5min after we placed the order to confirm everything was as we wanted. The delivery company gave us a call to confirm a date that would suit us. They delivered within a few days of placing the order. Unfortunatelly part of the set was damaged, but we called Blue Lagoon Furniture (on a Sunday!) and they responded so quickly to it. By Monday afternoon, I got a phone call saying the following day I would have my replacement parts. By Tuesday mid-day, we had the damaged parts replaced, in such an organized, profesional way that I have seen no many times. Thank you so much for making everything so easy and so quickly for us!

ordered an Oxford furniture set, its been great service throughout, the original set I ordered the wait time was too long and they let me change it to an alternative that would arrive sooner with no fuss. Kept me updated in regards to delivery times. The delivery man was great, brought it all through the house for me even through I had offered to leave it in the front and my partner would do it later.
Great service all round, would highly recommend, and the furniture looks great!

Terrible. Steer well clear.
Multiple phone calls when goods didn't arrive (constantly told "we can't get hold of the courier"). Waited in house for nearly a week for delivery. Then received email saying the order was delivered when it wasn't. Demanded refund as wasn't liking the situation at all. Promised refund still hasn't shown up two weeks later so had to report to credit card company. The worst internet ordering experience I have ever had bar none - would be zero stars if it was possible to do so.

My Chelsea Modular sofa set arrived this evening. I am absolutely delighted with it. So well packaged, now all I need is some warmer weather and the sun. Blue Lagoon I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family.

Great furniture, awful customer service absolutely dreadful. It's everybody else fault but theirs. Had to chase my order with numerous calls. Dont put yourself through it. Shop with a more professional company.
