Absolutely disgraceful quality and customer service. I bought a chair end of 2015 which lost all padding and the material wore beyond all reasonable expectation after a couple of weeks. I have received various promises including in writing and a year later I still have a broken chair and no refund. Do not shop with this company.

Bought a cofee table along with 3 and 2 seater sofa..
but after setting up the sofa we thought coffe table would take more space.. we thought of returning it with out removing the package but they refused to take it as they dont return policy.. not hapy with the way they responded.. felt the same when we bought the item..

So far a good experience, served by Charles who was very helpful and patient whilst we couldn't make our minds up. Great selection of sofas and options. Looking forward to the new sofa set arriving

Very helpful and friendly staff. The store always seems to be quite empty so there is always a staff member to hand if you need help and advice. I purchased my sofa from here and I'm very happy with it. The only issue was when it came to pay for the sofa and pay the final balance, I had to go in store as there were complications paying over the phone. Inconvenient but quickly rectified.

Very quick and helpful service. We already knew what we wanted so were in and out in 15 minutes! Friendly staff and explained all the ins-and-outs of insurance, etc.

Staff very helpful; good choice of beds covered and filled with natural fibres.

Visited 3rd march, Bought furniture, staff really helpful, no pressure just friendly assistance and advice. dealt with Patricia although young gent was excellent as well. Top marks Patricia, asset to Harveys!, many thanks

Avoid This Company like the plague. I have purchased two sofas in the past and on both occasions i have had problems .
The staff in the Branch are very helpful and do there best to help you out
but the aftersales team just do not care
