Could not have been more helpful in working with us to develop a vision for the interior design of our house. The team were also incredibly kind and helpful with our 2 toddlers while we shopped. Highly recommend!

A bit of a delay in writing this review. But I have to say, I am extremely happy with the service I was provided.. Thank you so much Diane for helping with my home purchases. Absolutely love it! You were so kind to us, professional and really understood our design ideas!!! Super recommend!!!

Really disappointed to visit here today, it was our first time there just scoping out the homeware with all intentions to buy items for our new home, however, unfortunately it played out very similarly to the "pretty woman" scene -where our presence seemed all but dismissed when another couple whom i can only assume looked like they were wealthier than us got a very polite greeting on their arrival which is something that we both recognised that we did not receive at all. It made us both feel very unwelcome and like we shouldn't be shopping there. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend visiting here.

Very beautiful store. Full of ideas and inspiration. Very friendly and attentive staff. It is a pleasure to visit this store and it is impossible to leave without bringing something beautiful with me.

Love Colchester Neptune! The service has always been excellent. A couple of weeks ago I I was painting my son's room and ran out of Neptune paint so I called the store to check if they had any in stock. I spoke to Sarah, she was extremely helpful and when she offered to personally deliver the paint on her way home that very evening I was absolutely delighted. Thank you Sarah you are a star!
I also want to add that when I visited the store back in the summer I also received the same excellent service when deciding which colour throw and cushions to buy for my bed. The help and advice I received was again outstanding and I am thrilled with how my bedroom looks.

Wow! How have I not been here before?! Neptune was recommended to me and I would pass on that recommendation to anyone. Lovely, friendly staff and a huge choice of interior products including some amazing quality paint. I will certainly be returning 😊

Lovely products but recent service has been poor. Last 4 items have been delayed with minimal communication. ‘In stock’ item never arrived and refund processed to someone else’s account. Concerns met with indifference.
