Ordered the Corona distressed pine bedroom furniture and the quality and price was amazing. From ordering to delivery , we couldn't have asked for any better service. We also received a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with our purchases.
I won't hesitate in ordering from GoFurn again and am looking forward to decorating our lounge with other items that I have my eye on.
The guy (Edwin) who dealt with our bedroom order was brilliant and went the extra mile for us and we thank you so much.

Awful, first time I used my £189.95 table and chairs set , 1 chair had cracked in half , table leg also had damage .. reported this via email straight away , after several emails and txts saying replacement is on way , they failed show every time ... I then requested a refund and received no reply via email or phone call, there has been no contact since.. VERY VERY disappointed in quality and customer service is appalling, I still have not been able to have a family meal with my children around this table, after no co tact from this company I was left no other choice but to purchase another table and chairs set from another company. I can only say that I am disgusted with the way I have been treated, no refund, no contact, no table and chairs which I can use.

Beware! I paid £198 for two chairs in May this year. I waited some weeks for them to be delivered. I was told on two occasions that they were coming and waited in but they didn't arrive. They said the manufacture could not get the materials. Go furn suggested it was time for a refund which I agreed but after numerous emails and phone calls some of which were answered with promises of payment I have yet to receive a refund. I cannot get through on the phone now and I was promised on 7th September they would sort this out but still have not done so. I cannot believe that this can happen from what appears to be a large company. I will now have to take firmer action to retrieve my money but I will not let this drop. A. Osborne

Be careful with online purchases with this company. I have edited this review as previously Go Furn had taken my money but produced no product and no refund and had not replied to several calls and emails.

This appears to have happened to a number of people with this company.

They have contacted me following me having to contact my credit card company and finally offered a refund.

On 21 August, I placed an online order to them of £299.50 for a bookcase. Their website stated 14-21 days for delivery so I waited patiently during this time. 21 days passed and I had no communication from this company to advise on a delivery date, so I contacted them, and “Edwin” explained there were delays in production and they would contact me the following w/c 16 September to arrange a delivery during that week. They offered a refund then, but I said I would wait an additional week.

Since then, more weeks have passed, and I have received NOTHING and have had awful communication from this company! They don't answer their phone and you have to keep emailing to get a response.

Edit:

They finally offered a refund over a month after I placed my order which I have seen now in my account, but of course, they have failed to tell me about this as they don't respond to emails or answer their phone. There is no point in me checking my bank account everyday to see if there is a refund if I'm not expecting one or advised by the company that they refunded me. Awful experience with them.

Love my table and chairs, they are just perfect for my little flat.... so easy to put together, and what a nice delivery man.....
