Outstanding! I've visited and purchased before and I'll be doing so again! From outstanding flooring and furniture to wonderful design pieces! Damien who helped me loads today was very polite and knowledgeable! Will be buying 4 or 6 of these outstanding stools soon...!

Faultless every thing from start to finish , kept in touch as they said, arrived on time as they said, removed all packaging & for a small fee took away the old sofa & chair . Quality service & products hassel free to boot, extreamly happy customer.

We have been using Lenleys for many many years! The selection in store is excellent and they have items you would not find anywhere else in Canterbury so well worth a visit! However the staff more the male staff look down at you if they don't think you should be shopping with them! Also very assumptive. I have found this the last few times I have ordered items - So overall the store is very good the staff are rude and unhelpful unless they think you have excessive amounts of money. After care is excellent from the lady who I can not remember her name! Also delivery team are excellent!

I always enjoy visiting this shop, it has a range of furniture and other delights, such as pictures, ornaments & other gifts suitable for the home or for others. The staff are always friendly and helpful. On this occasion I was a little disappointed because they've shut down their little cafe. I'm sure there was a good reason why, but I shall miss visiting it during my visits.

A really good place to shop. The staff are helpful and my ne bed is comfy. I ordered my bed and was able to pay when I placed the order and completed the payment after my bed came in. This way my payments were managed in line with my earnings. I also got new sofa in the sale!

Staff are always efficient and very polite. Welcoming atmosphere. Good choice of fabrics and the order arrived promptly. A member of staff phoned to let me know they were ready for collection.
