Staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. Good range of furniture. We were able to get our new sofas here. One down side, quite a wait for delivery.

Never again will I order anything from Fabb Furniture! Ordered two sofas September 2021, one and half delivered beginning of April! The electrics on the 'half' didnt work anyway. Now have been told to wait another 4 - 5 wks as another sofa has to be ordered! One 3 seater sofa for our whole family is a joke. (Old furniture gone) We have not got what we have paid for now seeking legal advise.

Purchased a sofa and carpet couple of years ago , waited over a year for a refund on something that was never used, made several complaints and never heard anything back. Sofa it’s self has broke twice you have to wait months for parts and for it to be fixed, we was told on purchasing sofa that no matter how many times you need the sofa cleaning someone will be available, every day of the week if needed! Once I’ve had to use the service and that took months from phoning to waiting for someone to visit. Absolutely appalling service from shop we bought the items to the telephone numbers provided either for complaints or general questioning. Never ever would I recommend with AHF or FABB furniture what ever there next name will be

Wane is the guy to see he was fantastic, what a legend! He help us get our first ever new couch, can't thank him enough. We was so easy to be around I hate pushy sellers but he was so chilled and let us lead and just gave advice and answers. He's a credit to the company. Great customer service properly outstanding. 2k well spent.

Dreadful. Poorly made furniture and the worst post purchase customer service I've ever had. Look at the negative reviews on Trustpilot to get an idea of the true service you will receive. In store its all smiles and good service then your nightmares will begiwhen your furniture arrives. I had five sofas and had to go to an ombudsmen to get my money back.
