A beautiful showroom of high end German furniture. The quality is extremely high, with a price tag to match. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would live my Hulsta furniture and will cherish it for many years to come.

Great product/quality furniture., however i am having a extremely bad experience with the customer service. I have ordered lighting leds for my bed as one of the lamps burnt out. It's been more than a month since purchase the lighting (>£200) and i have not yet receive it. Not only they didn't contact to made me aware that there was a problem with delivery but they have not followed up despite calling to inquire about the service. You should improve your customer service!

Appalling service, Hulsta quality and customer service has gone down to below zero! We have purchased from Hulsta when they were based in Harrods many years ago and I thought that going to the original showroom, their service would surpass that in Harrods, I was definitely wrong!
Do not waste your money at Hulsta and go to other brands like Roche Bobois or FCI - where they value customers who are purchasing from them.

I placed an order for a wardrobe they had in their showroom and they were supposed to contact me at the beginning of August when it would be dismantled and delivered. Hulsta didn't contact me at all until after I sent an email complaining last Sunday and the next day I got a phonecall from Anthony who works in the showroom. After a pointless conversation with him, not only was he was rude but also obnoxious and arrogant as if he was doing me a favour! He would not admit that they failed to provide a exceptional service and I expected them to compensate after making false promises. My room has been prepared since end of July expecting Hulsta to contact me regarding the wardrobe. They still wanted to charge £300 for the delivery and assembly despite poor service. When I mentioned that I wanted to complain to his superior, he said he would pass on the comments. I emailed the managing director and about an hour later, I get a short reply saying that as clearly Anthony and I disagree on the matter, they just cancelled my order and refunded without even asking me if that is what I wanted!
In this case, since customers are not spending small amounts of money, this is not a £100 wardrobe and so I would expect excellent customer service from companies such as Hulsta, otherwise, there are now many other companies that value customers and their loyalty. I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere as it seems Hulsta do not care about customers or their reputation and hence no point in spending a penny here!

This shop has the extremely rude and racist stuff (an old bald man), probably it is the reason why this shop is closing down.
