We have recently had Amtico floor fitted throughout our hall and kitchen.

Excellent customer service from start to finish from Ed, Jimmy and their team. Nothing was too much trouble from helping choose from a large selection of flooring to the fitting from Lee all carried out expertly couldn’t be happier.

Such a great service. We had a carpet runner up three flights of stairs. Nothing was too much trouble and Eddie is the most talented guy when it comes to design and ideas. Jim is such a skilled fitter and the result has been fantastic. This is our second time we have used Fabco and would highly recommend!

Some tremendous furniture, carpets beds and ornaments which you won't find in many other shops. The staff are great and made us feel welcomed. Price wise... its not as expensive as you'd expect and the quality per £££ is high. We love it.

We are overwhelmed with our new Amtico floor it was a large area lounge dining room hall and link room right from the beginning we've had expert help from the team at fabco. The floor preparation, service, experience deserves a 10/10.

Purchased a few pieces of furniture, flooring and carpet from Fabco over the last couple of years. Absolutely delighted with the quality, finish and service. Eddie is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Always find something in store to buy. Highly recommend.

We have recently used Fabco to supply and fit moduleo luxury vinyl to our new open plan extension. What a fantastic service from start to finish. Eddie and Tony both helped us in choosing the product and their flooring fitter Lee has done an exceptional job. We have also bought new furniture and accessories from Fabco, and we are thrilled with our purchases. They offer quality goods at sensible prices. Just recently had an Amtico floor supplied and fitted by Fabco.
Starting from selecting the most appropriate product to fitting the final floor finish the attention to detail was excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble and the final finished project is first class.
Lee the floor fitter picked up where the builder left off to get the base sorted at late notice, whilst Eddie kept in regular touch including site visits.

Clearly customers matter and this came through in abundance from my perspective.

We'd only recently moved to Ashby area so were looking for some interesting and stylish pieces with which to decorate our new home. Well, we found them in spades at Fabco and received excellent customer service and advice from Eddie in choosing some occasional tables and a sofa, plus other smaller bits and pieces. Eddie and Tony then delivered the bigger items later that same day, well after working hours, and helped get them into position in the house. Genuinely a great experience and we'd happily return to seek out more goodies.

In reading the other customer reviews and Fabco replies here, it's evident that the company do take great pride in what they do and try to offer up the best service they can. I greatly enjoyed reading some of the rebuttals to negative reviews (there's always two sides to every story, let's remember) and am almost sad that I've nothing to complain about, as some of these replies are priceless!
