I've purchased furniture from Worcester Furniture several times over the years and have always been very impressed with the quality and range of furniture on offer. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, both in the shop and when delivering items. Most recently I have ordered and received a new mattress which was delivered during the COVID19 pandemic, with the staff taking all necessary precautions when making the delivery. They will also build items of furniture when necessary and take all packaging away with them. Upon delivery of my new mattress they also took away the old one, which was really helpful.

The store is my first choice for furniture as the quality and service are excellent. We have purchased a lot of items over the last few years and have always been very happy. Most impressed with the lengths they have gone to during lock down . Highly recommended !

We have recently moved into a new home and ordered several pieces of furniture. Great customer service and delivery times. Excellent communication and keeping us up to date on when deliveries would be available. I will definitely be coming back G&W - best furniture shop I’ve ever been to 🤩

I have recently received a sofa bed and two sideboard units from G&W furniture- all of which are great quality. Sales and delivery teams were efficient and professional; and as a small local company, all working hard in these difficult times.

I have recently moved into the area and needed a lot of furniture. The service I received from Chris and the rest of the team has been superb. Delivery chaps were fab and took all packaging away. Highly recommend.

Me and my husband visited the shop yesterday, and we are very impressed with the service! People there were so friendly and the calm atmosphere in the shop predisposes a person to shop calmly and make it's choice without rushing. Really stylish and excellent quality furniture. I almost forgot about the discounts made on the spot for both my purchases!!!!!! Thank you!

We dont buy furniture often but when we do we always try to buy at this shop. The choice is excellent, whatever your budget and the sales guys are always friendly and helpful. A quality experience all round
