Very good furniture store. Great service. I had bought Oak chest of drawers. Amazing product . Strong and more than enough space . As the saying goes you get what you pay for. It wasn’t cheap but well worth the money. Highly recommended. Rest assured I will be buying more furniture from this store.

Avoid! Very poor customer service, went into store and selected a new bed and two mattresses. Got them delivered and first they got wrong parts for the bed and then gave me some cheap quality mattresses that are not the one I choose in store. Called them to get explanation and they were just waffling that these were the one I choose and tried. Also, last and worst the delivery guys must be under paid as they stole an IPhone charger from my room. Unbelievable! Avoid! And if you purchase make sure you keep an eye on the guys that deliver. What a shame.

Excellent Staff very polite and sincere they have furniture that lasted for me and my son. Thank you Peter....and the Staff as I said at my Ilford Shop Simply Seconds...Bless Nice Family owned business many years being gping to them to date on my disabled scooter they are very polite and respectful to us to date. And still going strong they are honest hard working Team...see you all again soon its kept us going myself and son Solid furniture in my books. Been with them many years. Excellent company. We have bought 2 beds from them in the last 2 weeks. Excellent build quality, polite and friendly owners and workers and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They also managed to arrange next day delivery for me and kept me updated with the delivery. I will be buying more beds from them in the future.

I have ordered from here a few times and always had excellent service some of the other furniture shops in the area don't even know how to answer the phone.

Ordered some chest of drawers from here around two weeks ago and they are fantastic quality a lot more affordable compared to online.They were delivered on time and the delivery men were very friendly all round a very positive experience! thank you :)

Over prise item I was gonna order mattress but gone through some reviews everyone has same complaint that they delivered cheap mattress that means display good mattress at shop. Same reply they copy & post to all negative reviews. That's means they can't take negative review. The way they reply to review I can ensure customer service not gonna be standard as we expect. So I give up. Best of luck & please behave your self

Would highly recommend this shop. This is the second time I have bought an item from this shop. I found the member of staff very helpful. Quick delivery and the men who delivered my item were friendly and polite.
