Super customer service. The dining table was delivered on time, assembled and polished, and we were shown how to extend and retract the extension panel and advised on cleaning products to use. All the packaging was taken away by the delivery guys. We are delighted at the dining table.

I had always wanted a coffee table that converted into a dinning table. I knew cadira did one so I went to the ideal home show to see theirs. I was impressed and even managed to get a good discount. After 6 weeks, I was notified that the table had arrived. Delivery was prompt and very efficient. I love the table, it does wonderful things and though I have not yet used it for a dinner party, that is on the cards real soon. The staff I spoke to to arrange delivery and the staff that delivered it were always professional and helpful.

The furniture looks nice but doesn't last and the customer service is atrocious. We bought a couch over the summer, waited more than four months for it to arrive, and a few months in the power recliner is already malfunctioning. Trying to arrange for someone to repair has practically become a part-time job for myself and my husband. More than a month after reporting the problem to Cadira we are still waiting for an appointment for someone to come fix it. Specific complaints include the fact that only specific staff at Cadira can handle a repair phone call so you have to be lucky to catch them or wait for them to call you back an hope you are able to answer that call and the company they subcontract repairs to will only arrange appointments with the person that purchased the couch. In a competitive furniture market, I would strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere.

We ordered a fabulous extendable dining table from Cadira. It was delivered in December and assembled on site with great care. It looks amazing and very sleek. The top is Dekton and very hardwearing. Thank you Cadira - we are very happy customers!

Fantastic shop. We bought a dining table from them and were amazed at the quality. It's amazing. It's a high quality product all around. Not the cheapest collection, but worth the money. Also, the team is very helpful and nice. The delivery guys were on time, called before they arrived, assembled the table, took all the rubbish with them and most importantly were very polite. I would definitely recommend this shop.

We bought a ceramic topped dining table from Cadira. It looks fantastic and we are really pleased with the quality. It was delivered on time, and the delivery team assembled it and showed us how to extend the table and look after it. From the people in the shop to the delivery team, everyone was a pleasure to deal with and we would happily use them again.

There furniture is simply excellent. The most comfortable sofas you will ever find. The overal customer service is excellent and I can’t fault them in any way. I bought my first sofa from them in 2005 and can’t imagine buying a sofa from any other company. I would like to thank you guys for the Charles Corner Sofa which was delivered on Monday (16.11.2020)- It’s so so comfortable and the quality, as usual, is excellent!

Fantastic experience with Cadira. It was the only place I was able to find a sofa that both looked amazing and was so comfy. I first went to the showroom where Justyna was extremely helpful and and through her I was able to find the exact sofa shape and colour we were looking for. I was told it would take around 10-12 weeks for delivery so all my expectations were managed from the start. The delivery was very smooth they brought two people in who assembled the sofa together and helped take away all the boxes it came with. After so many bad delivery experiences with smaller furniture stores I was very worried but Cadira have done an amazing job and I would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you again xx
