I strongly recommend Sweetpea & Willow…they’ve been totally professional from the day I placed the order for our Eicholtz Huntington Coffee Table! Furthermore they said they would deliver between 9.00 a.m. & 10.00 a.m. and the guys arrived, as promised, at around 9.15 a.m. providing a caring and professional service.

I ordered a side table from Sweetpea & Willow. We love it! Great service, the delivery information was clear, and the product turned up well packed. Would definitely order from them again.

Quality product, and fab customer service. Recently bought a sofa from Sweetpea & Wilow. Very happy with the item top quality and worth the money. The delivery team (Andy & Tony) were very professional and polite. The sofa came very well wrapped and packaged. Andy and Tony had to remove the plinth to get through the doors. Item was re-essembled quickly. I also dealt with a few of the team on phone and email and responses were always prompt and dealt with efficiently. Over all would highly recommend.

Just received my Eichholtz York sofa and chair and loving them. I will come back in a few months to update on comfort and quality...but so far so good and pleased with purchase especially that it was delivered in less than a week from order. The delivery team Andy and Tony were splendid - rang and informed of ETA on the day and arrived promptly. Installed the chairs with care and cleaned up after them. Thanks guys.

I have made quite a few purchases from Sweetpea and Willow and am always pleased with the quality and design. The bespoke sofas in particular are excellent quality!

The customer service team are really helpful and the delivery team have also been great.
Delivery can be a little slow sometimes but that’s the only slight issue I’ve experienced.

Gorgeous furniture and accessories. Lucy was lovely, very helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst we chose a beautiful sideboard and occasional chair. It was particularly nice to view products in a showroom and not simply online. Thank you.

I ordered some Art Deco bookends which were beautiful, but unfortunately despite every effort to pack the goods securely, one of the bookends was broken on arrival. Nathanael at Sweetpea and Willow couldn't have been more helpful. I was allowed to keep the remaining intact bookend, and a replacement set of bookends was promptly delivered which arrived in one piece. I am therefore very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.
