********UPDATE on my Court Case with This Company. I was given Full Refund along the Delivery Charges which I had paid by Court in March 2019. It took me over 2 years to get here and it was Well Worth the Fight. So please don't be put off by the lengthy process of the Small Claims Court to get Your Money Back for Faulty Goods. This Company knows very well that they are Breaking the Law by selling Faulty Goods and gets away because majority of the Customers don't have the energy or time to pursue lengthy Court Process & the less said about their Customer Service post your Purchase the Better********

Bought a 6 piece Recliner Sofa set last year in November 2016 from their Kenton Branch, for £899.00 plus £50.00 delivery charge, paid fully in cash. Delivered on time, problems started with recliner's not opening. From the time I first complained till now all the pieces have developed fault. They have fixed it twice but problems keep cropping up. From false promises of replacing(within 6 weeks) to repair in June 2017 they have never followed up on their false promises. Even for repairs it took numerous phone calls, personal visits to their shop and talking to the branch manager Tony nothing has been solved. Their Customer Services Manager K. Zaman promised in June to sort everything out but again false promises. Finally now I have taken them to small claims court to recover my money for Faulty 6 piece Recliner Sofa set. I will never ever buy anything from them ever again. SO be VERY CAREFUL to buy anything from here.

I like their furniture which I thought was good quality but I have had issues with some items I brought. Their service is terrible as when complaints are raised they don't respond amd you jave to keep calling them.

Had an absolutely awful experience with Alli and Ketan at K Furniture. Please read former reviews and do not ignore!

My experience - they were very disorganised with delivering items. There was miscommunication between staff. When I tried to explain that I’d received a different message from another staff, they insinuated that I was lying and proceeded to insult me!

After agreeing on a delivery price at the time of purchase, I was asked to pay 40% (!!!!!) more for delivery of my item. They quoted that they attempted a delivery once (at a time that was never agreed to nor within working hours) and I must pay £30 fee. Very strange and odd behaviour. Borderline shady.

They were extremely rude. I was shouted at by both Ketan and Alli, on different days. So ridiculous and infuriating as a paying customer trying to get their goods. I’ve never experienced such behaviour in the U.K.

I wish I saw the review about second hand goods being sold as brand new. The furniture I ordered had a lot of stains and was clearly second hand yet this was being sold as new.

DO NOT SHOP WITH K FURNITURE, it is not worth the hassle and insult from staff who show no appreciation for customers . You’d have a better experience with John Lewis, Ikea, David Phillips, and know that their goods are trusted.

Awful experience! K Furniture, please teach your staff about social intelligence and customer service.

We ordered beds for ourselves and my mum ordered hers too. We're we told 2 weeks . It took month before the beds arrived. The delivery guys damaged my mum's front door and didn't even care. I complained at the shop I was told area manager James at Kenton branch will call me , no calls from the area manager has come to me. I feel that they took my money and no after service . They don't want to know anything. Below shows how the guys tryed to just shove the bed in and damaged the door.

I bought beds form kenton road brach and clearly told Tony the manager I want wheels for beds. Which never comes with beds. After many calls and stor visits. I gave up. There service is so poor and disgusted. Never going to recomend this store.
