Efsane Home Furniture

Sales people at the showroom was well informed about their products and gave a good service. It took my products about 7 weeks from the date I bought. I bought a corner sofa and it was delivered today even it was Christmas they were open and delivery was made in a good manner.

Dear friends, I decided to buy staff from this shop not because they have amazing quality or very cheap prices. I selected because they are Turkish, as my wife, and because they have average quality and prices. When we went in shop to decide what to buy they were very helpful showing us everything giving us solution helping us decide. We decided to buy everything for our home from them. We bought staff total worth of £8000. We ordered then and they gave us a piece of paper with all the items on it in an envelope and outside they wrote “6-4 weeks from 22/10/2018” which means this time it will take the items to come. Not to say much, time passed 4 weeks passed, 6 weeks passed nothing from them. After 7 weeks my wife called them and we had this response “don’t worry this Saturday the furniture arrive in the country next week we will call you”. As you can guess next week came we did not have any news from them. We called them “they arrive in the country this Saturday you will have them next week”. Next week came and they called us to inform us that they can deliver only at 11am because we have a big order. But for us that was a problem. One of us me or my wife had to not work one day in order to be there just to unlock the door of the house. We don’t have anyone that we can trust in the neighbourhood since we just bought there and we don’t have any family to help us with this. So I went to the shop to try and arrange something else. Forgot to mention that based on their initial estimate I booked tickets for the Christmas so my parents can come and visit us. So I went to the shop and try to convince them that we can not lose work just to let them in the house. They did not seem to care and their answer was “brother you should read the company policy”. They were not convinced to bring them 4pm so I could go there after work. When we where talking with the manager two Turkish guys from the shop came next to us and they tried to interfere they took the papers from my hands and were saying what I was saying I not possible. So I left the shop furious. The day of the delivery came. Until then they never told us to pay the full amount. We have paid only £4000 so far. The day of the delivery my wife was waiting at the house for them to come. They came 1 hour late and they were insisting to be paid before put anything inside the house and start assembling staff. Which serious company asks for money before they deliver the product. First time in my life I seen that. So my wife paid them. And as magic they had wrong staff for our order but they had the money already. Also the door of the big wardrobe was broken but again they had the money already. So now I am stack with wrong staff from my order and a wardrobe with broken door. How nice. Avoid this shop as the devil they will treat you nice and with smiles to make you order and after they will simply will not care for their customer. AVOID THIS SHOP. People with no honour at all.

I bought a sofa set, and double bed. Quality long lasting products for good price. They were delivered on promised time which was important for me. I can highly recomend this company.

Bad service, phone line never works or no one answers. Different information given. Waited 8 weeks for customised furniture as standard was too big- got the standard delivered and was given no explanation?! No carpet delivered left in Lockdown 2 with no reassurance whatsoever!

Absolutely shocked by the way everything has been dealt with. Definitely not recommending any friends or family.

They have a good quality furniture but the service is very bad and never bring the right stuff and always do a mistake and also I bought furniture around £3500

I came with my family to buy dining table and chairs. Was greeted and serviced very lovely. I bought finance worked out very well. The order time was explained properly and the product quality was good. No surprises
