MJ Carpet and Furniture

Wouldn't even give 1 star. These people are CROOKS. They will take your money, do a dodgy job and then expect you to pay extra for them to correct it when you raise the issues! Please don't waste your money here, very bad jobs done & awful and argumentative attitude. Unprofessional thieving Crooks!

I had my hallway and frontroom downstairs fitted with vinyl floor and my hallway upstairs and bedroom fitted with carpet. I also had my bathroom floor fitted 5years ago when the shop was located near kfc.. My bathroom floor is still fine. I was very pleased with my purchase and the way it was fitted... The boss is a very honest and honourable man. He came to to my home and checked the measurements first so no mistakes were made on my part. He brought the fitters here made sure I was OK with everything then they fitted everything with in 3hours. They also moved furniture which really is my responsibility and left no mess at all. I was also charged less than other quotes I had been given... Surprised at the bad reviews. I had a great experience. Even getting my kitchen done in the next few weeks.
EDITED :as kitchen has now been done in less than a week. Please don't be put off by bad reviews... You will not get a better deal. I'm so pleased. Thanks again to all the staff at MJ Carpet 😁🙏

I have used these guys for many years and cannot say a bad thing about them. Very friendly and helpful the carpet gutters are brilliant and can’t praise them enough. Just had the whole of downstairs laminated which was a big job and the guys were brilliant, helped move my furniture and put it back nothing was too much effort. Don’t be put off by the FEW bad reviews as I have never had any problems nor have the people I recommended them to. Great job guys A1 👍
