Clean store and helpful staff, who helped me with all the help I needed with the duvets and throws upstairs on Friday 26 august in the evening. Stopped what they were doing to help me and ensured I was satisfied with I wanted. Would definitely be going again and looking forward to the upcoming sales

3 times I’ve had issues with collecting orders!
One time my parcel got sent back within 2 days without being collected and I had another week till I can collect it.
Another time I got an email saying my order were collected and when I called them they said it it was an error. And today they didn’t bother giving all of my orders & when I called they said to come again and collect it as they put it in a different place! Ridiculous!
Also today I spoke to two different staffs when asked for their names they both said Rachel. I’m a bit suspicious if they are giving out wrong names.

Very nice store with big car park. Number of staff is small. Furniture section upstairs. Good customer service. Reasonable prices.

I love to come here for a browse and usually end up by going home with something else for my home. The products are good quality, but I have noticed a lack of stock in the last year or so, it seems more and more that stores like this end up encouraging you to purchase online and the stores simply become places to return items to. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, cannot fault them at all. There is free parking here as well and it is usually easy enough to find a space to park the car.

This is a very nice store, with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of tempting home decor items to add to your list of "must haves". I really like Hamish the Highland Cow, he's a cutie. Lots of ideas here for Christmas gifts.
But I do have a complaint, they no longer offer wallpaper, only available online. I would prefer to see and feel wallpaper before I purchase. It would be helpful to have large samples in-store and then order online.

Staff were very helpful for dismantling and moving an ex-display item that we bought. Honourable shoutout to Bailey and Imran for their help! Great customer service overall and a good range of furniture.

Beautiful shop, amazing and quality products for your home. I bought some pillows, linens, getting a big discount!!! Definitely I will shop there again!
