Excellent... really impressed. Needed 4 beds short notice for a rental property. Looked at various online retailers quoting 2+ week delivery, nearly ordered but someone suggested to try this place. Called on the phone, chap called back 5 mins later to confirm they had what I wanted. I went to the store to check the quality & was seen quickly. Paid, made arrangements, and beds were delivered (further than I thought they would for a very reasonable charge) 3 days later as agreed. Even better, all in it was significantly cheaper than online options. Beds are basic, but to be expected for the price. Mattresses genuinely seem decent - I'd happily sleep on one. Really very happy, will absolutely use again & recommend to other landlords in need.

Worst customer experience!!!!! After paying £800 for the bed in March, it arrived faulty. I was told on many occasions that someone was coming to fix the bed and no one would show up or call to say they can no longer make it. Someone then arrived at my house at 11pm (5 months after I purchased the bed) to fix it. I had been patient at first due to COVID however the shop reopened in June and I was constantly given empty promises in regards to when my bed will be repaired. When I went to the shop to complain about the length of time I did not receive a pleasant response. To conclude if the bed arrives with a fault it will be a nightmare to get it resolved. At one point I was told that I would need to find an electrician myself to get the bed fixed. Shocking behaviour and outrageous service. I will never spend my money here again.

Additional info: I had an issue with the mattress after about 9 months of use and contacted them so they replaced it as it was within manufacturer warranty, so again, good service.
