Substandard quality of product and customer service.

Please avoid this store if possible. I recently purchased a set of two tiny nested side tables. I paid £229 for them, which was unreasonably high for it. However, I went ahead thinking that it would be a high quality product that would last for years. It turned out that the table I received had a cracked top surface. When I visited the store to inform about this, they simply refused to acknowledge any complaint and said that they are not responsible for the product once it is delivered. Furthermore they suggested that we may have banged something on the table, which of course was a ridiculus argument. I'm uploading photo of the product along with this review.

Similar products are likely to be available for a reasonable price at more reputed stores having a better customer service and return policy.

My wife loves this shop and has excellent quality furniture and we got a lovely mirror from there and looking to buy another one soon
