!!!DON'T LET THIS MAN DO WHAT HE HAS DONE TO ME.!!!

Had told him in good faith that I had mental health issues, just moved into a council flat and needed a fridge freezer. He turned up without ringing the next day after leaving a £60 deposit bought it up with help of my partner, his son, I'm guessing dawdling behind. Then realised it was not the fridge freezer I had chosen. The wire was cut and had been wrapped with white tape, dents down the side, dirty, rusty and the handle bit was cracked. Thinking I was an easy target he tried telling me it WAS the one I had chosen. After he realised I wasn't fooled, was told the one I had chosen wasn't working. Told him I wanted my money back and he tried telling me come back to the shop and choose another and id get 10 off for HIS mistake. When I held my ground, he told me he was keeping £10 for bringing it over. He got rude when I held my ground after saying to him that he didn't phone me, bought me another and expected me to just roll over and accept the fridge freezer. NOT HAPPENING. BEWARE HE WILL CON YOU AND LIE THROUGH HIS TEETH.

If he doesn't return the full £60 tomorrow will be calling the police.

Have bought all my machines out of here and never had a problem the guy even looked at my fridge unpaid. while fitting my washing machine. Thanks. I mean we all know there second hand machines and these have issues hence the reason people got rid in the first place. You get what you pay for. So if you want a brand new machine without faults please don't buy from a second hand appliance shop or your just asking disappointment.

my dishwasher was not draining water they came around they took it away and brought it back after a week they told me the pump was broken and needed to be replaced. I payed £20 for the call and £70 for the job.
After less than a week the same problem started again we called him and we were told the dishwasher has a new problem and we had to pay more if we wanted to fix it, we tried to argue that the problem was the same but he did not wanted to hear about it and walked away!
We called a new person to have a look at the dishwasher he replace the pump in 5 minutes (without taking it away for a week) he confirmed that the pump broken and it was not a week old as you can see on the picture!!! .

it's been two month now we never had a problem again!!

I do not judge people for what they do I leave that to you whether you want to use this guy or not, for sure he won't see me again!

He sold me a tumble dryer on Facebook and make me to drive there just to tell me to they sold the dryer until to I arrived there. All happen in the same day. Avoid, time waster!

Absolute disgrace!!! Faulty product, incorrect safety sticker, multiple mobile contact numbers, damaged my property when delivered, refused to refund, missing parts, dents that were covered with stickers! Rude staff!! Avoid at all cost!!!

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star.

this company is absolute useless. I purchased a fridge freezer in December. And within a week it had stopped working.

weeks went by before someone came to look at the unit and he confirmed it was broken and left. He did not return to fix the fridge and again did not answer the phone or messages.

I finally got a phone call Christmas eve saying he was on his way to collect the fridge. Both my partner and I said not to come as we were having a party and was wasn't a good time. let a lone it was Christmas eve. despite this he still knocked on my door saying he will collect the fridge and not return my money but replace. which I did not want because I had had enough of this company. He then left and as usual didn't answer any means of contact we made with him.

Today I went to the shop, and the manager resused to refund or collect the unit. instead he called the police to attend. because my pregnant partner and I were not happy and did not accept the pennies that he is now offering.

would never use this company again.
would never allow any one to use this company.

To who ever is buying especially tumble dryers from this shop .

DON'T BUY.... DONT BUY .... I bought a condenser off this guy for my first time anand it will be my LAST .... TIME dealing with him as I said I bough my dryer in mid January 2019 with 3months warranty within in 7 weeks it started to lose heat after costing me £85 I took it back to the shop and he tried to fob me off repairing it I said I wanted a replacement which he tried not to do but I got one and took my replacement home within 24 hrs my new replacement started to make a sound and now the belt is slipping so it's no good or repair this one he now not changing it so I'm reporting him to trading standards.pls watch what you buy from this guy bebecause you will be done over and you won't get your money back .
