My wife and I purchased the sofa in september it was delivered very fast the delivery drivers were nice and polite we realised once they had gone the sofa had a slice in it from there stanley blade my wife contacted them and told them as soon as the drivers left as she didnt realise straight away we felt like we was getting fobbed off left right and center they had blocked our numbers and email address but after phoning them on and off for 3 weeks from various different numbers they finally agreed to replace it . we finally had our replacement delivered today and are pleased just wish it would of been straight forward from the start

Was a bit nervous ordering as mixed reviews but see the sofa in grays and loved it. On day of delivery was called to say my 1 seatwr hadnt arrived but said i could have 2 &2 for same price .. when i said i was worried it wouldn't fit in my living room they offerd to tey at no extra coat. Fit lovely and sofas look and feel great . Was really happy with the customer service in resolving the issue .. we was also short 1 scatter cushion and a lady from the store drove it to my house the next morning. Only reason for a 4* was because if the extra sofa didnt fit i wouldn't have a full set when said but really happy with the service and would recommend to other people

We had our sofa delivered today so happy with it. Delivery times excellent. Delivery drivers very nice and helpful and very quick in assembling it. Will be passing on website to family and friends. Thanks agian

Best delivery service! I had my royce sofa delivered within a week, good quality and very comfortable. The drivers were very nice ad helpful.

I receieved a damaged sofa and had to keep contacting the company as they never got back to me when they said they would but 3 weeks later I received my replacement and couldnt be happier thankyou so much

I have just had my Alaska 3 + 2 Leather Recliner Sofas delivered. I am extremely pleased at the customer service I received from the moment I ordered it to the moment it was delivered.
I spoke to a young lady called Sam who took my order over the phone and she was very pleasant and friendly.
The two drivers who delivered and assembled my sofas were also very friendly. I had a call to tell me they were on their way which was very good of them as I had time to put my dog in another room.
I highly recommend Furniture Icon.

If i could give no stars then i would. The wrong sofa was delivered to me, the driver wouldnt take it back and told me to contact the office. The sofa that was delivered had arms like a park bench and was damaged in multiple places. I was told that my replacement would be delivered in 3 weeks. Nearly 9 weeks later and still no sofa !!!!!!! They either do not contact you or fill your full of excuses

Ordered sofa 18th May. Was told its in stock will be delivered 2nd June.. I've contacted them 28 times. We will give u call back continuously is the response. You don't get a call back. Its now 12th July and no closer

Edit, now 15th August. Gonna get refunded, this company deserves to go bust
