Prices are a little steep.
Products vary massively. Similarly priced products with varying degrees of quality. Products are thrown about all the shop floor, doesn't seem to have any structure to the layout. The staff look like they're fresh off the boat with little or no customer facing skills. They'll do whatever they can to sell you unwanted protection kits. Sad really.
High end products are quite decent.
Delivery guys were hopeless too.

We went to buy dining chairs, a lady approached us who seemed friendly. I asked if we could get the chairs we were looking at so she sat us down.
I have a few points which could have been improved. Offering us the 5 year care and protect plan without telling us what it covers (or offering the 3 year plan). Proceeding to put the order through without letting us know the end price. She also forgot to give us a care kit that comes when buying the care and protect plan.
The main niggle I have is when I asked about the insurance she looked at a colleague and said 'they are mine' about a couple that were looking at sofas. In my opinion it's not professional but it also made me feel she didn't value my custom as it wasn't going to be as large as a sofa sale.

On the delivery date received a call to say the delivery has been cancelled and needs to be rearranged for next week. I gave a day I was available, was told this needs to be checked with the warehouse and to expect a call later in the day - no call received still.

The second delivery date has been honoured and now have new dining chairs. However, we were unaware that we had to assemble them ourselves.

Trying to call your customer service is mission impossible. I have now spent over 6 hours waiting with 47min being the quickest to get through to speak to someone. The Fosse Park store is useless as no one willing to help, just saying you have to call customer service we can’t help. It feels like once you have took my money no one care and wants to help. Being that times are hard for all retailers with Brexits in mind, I am amazed at how low priority you put customer service. If you want help after your purchase then this is not the place to buy!!!

The WORST furniture store ever! Avoid at all costs. I ordered a table in April 2019. Originally got told 6 weeks delivery. Then I was told the 15th of July. They delayed again....then I was told the 29th of July.

To my shock, I have just had a call to say they wont even be able to confirm a Septemver delivery.

These are rogue traders. I have no idea how they can operate in this way. I have been far too patient with them and have been forced to eat without a table for more than 2 months already. Seriously considering cancelation and would never recommend them to any1.

I ordered other furniture from other stores and had them ordered within 4 weeks. No trouble at all.

Shop staff are nice enough however 6mths later we have rejected the second sofa as faulty and are awaiting delivery of a third sofa as replacement. Their customer service team are appalling, most seem to just dodge responsibility and don't want to sort it out.

Only giving 1 star as there is no option for zero stars. When i walked into the store I fell in love with the Brooklyn Corner sofa and at that time the customer service was outstanding. After doing all the paper work and being told that I should have the sofas delivered by Chrismas Time or a week later. We waited and waited to a point where I called them only to be told we can't do anything and I should contact the Harveys customer service line, which I did & was on a waiting queue for 46mins and when that time reached they cut the call. So i called Harveys store and after so much arguing they checked on there systems and said the sofas have arrived but they can only deliver on the 20th of February! Even then they never turned up on time after taking a day off work to stay home for the delievery. So they were ordered on 11th of November and delivered on the 20th of February 2019! Pathetic please read reviews before buying anything. Also they have a manager in the store called "Jay" so rude and won't even apologise for his own errors!

Purchased 2 sofas and footstool from this store! Love the products. Unfortunately, the staff are very pushy and barely give you a minute to breath. They're on you as soon as you enter the store and dont give you space to relax and try out there products

Do not visit this store, misleading incompitant sales people, lack of courtesy & professionalism. Shakz our sales man was more interested in how much money he's loosing on the deal rather than fixing the issue at hand where we've paid for products which 18 weeks later have not been received!.

Terrible experience, would not recommend!
