Bought a sofa, i think it cost £350ish. 6 weeks later it had sagged really badly and the cushions were flat. The "repair" took ages to come through and when it did it didnt last. We tried adding pillows which helped but not much. They refused a refund which we asked for based on the product not being fit for purpose. We ended up taking it to the tip and getting a better made sofa for not much more elsewhere.
