We bought a table from another shop which did not come with the necessary parts to assemble it. As the shop had closed down, I contacted numerous retailers selling the same item, to ask for their help. None would help, until I contacted Webb House Furnishers. Despite not being a customer, they offered to help straight away. They contacted the manufacturer for us, and arranged for the parts were delivered to our address. They came within a week of contacting the store. The service was so friendly, helpful and swift; it was so refreshing. I can not recommend this business highly enough.

I would like to highly recommend this company. I decided to go to visit them from Manchester and I did not get it wrong. Neil and all his team are incredibly professional and they look after you with any problems. They facilitate a smooth transaction from beginning to end and they are very accomodating. We have just had our new suite delivered from Webb’s Furnishers in Nantwich. We have had exceptionally good service from visiting the store to receiving delivery. The delivery lads were very good indeed and a credit to the store owners. When you hear so many negatives about retail furnishers these days, Webb’s are a prime example of family run independent stores being King. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy furniture.
