Furniture Village Crawley

Came in to buy our first ever sofa for our first home, was greeted by a friendly smiling face and that specific person was Matthew Seymour. He made the whole experience less stressful then it needed to be, we even had to pop home 3 times to measure to make sure the sofa we wanted fitted! He was patient and always there for when we returned to the shop! Great customer service, if you ever go to Furniture Village in Crawley ask for Matthew because he is fantastic!

Great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff that made us comfortable with free coffee. I can't thank Jason enough for his advice on which sofa was right for us. He even offered us a deal to make it more affordable and sorted us out a quick delivery.

Staff are very friendly and approachable, especially Jason who served us. We were offered a hot drink and made to feel very welcomed by him. Jason was very polite and didn’t try to force the sale when we we’re inquiring about a sofa we liked which a lot of places tend to do. As well as liking the sofa we saw, Jason was very much the reason we decided to buy from here. Would highly recommend!

Me and my wife went out to look at sofas. We went to Furniture village in Crawley. We were impressed with the selection and choice of fabrics. We were greeted by Jason the sales manager who answered our questions but gave us room to think. He explained all our options. We ended up buying a corner sofa there and then. The price was right for our budget and we opted to use the interest free credit option. It should be a quick delivery before Christmas. A nice touch was being offered a tea. A pleasant experience all round. Jason was a great guy to deal with.

Andrew was exceptional helpful. Not a pushy salesman and actually listened to what we wanted. He managed to give us the best price possible. The whole transaction was very calm and professional. I would definitely recommend speaking with Andrew for sales in this branch.

Simone was a brilliant consultant. We felt very at ease. She offered to help and advice if we needed but didn’t make us feel pressured. She dealt with our queries well and gave us lots of information regarding our purchase. Simone thank you for making our purchase simple and pleasant.

We've recently received our table, chairs and barstools from Furniture Village in Crawley. What a brilliant experience from start to finish. Big thank you to Harley and Simone who helped us in the store and to the guys who delivered and assembled our furniture. Everyone was so professional and really kept us up to date with delivery time scales (we really wanted it all to arrive before Christmas as we've recently moved into our house and are hosting this year)! We were looking to replace our broken furniture. We were met at the door by smiling staff willing to help with an offer of a drink. Once we had found something that captured our interest Jason took us through the credit agreement process and guided us through the purchase. Superb service!
