Good furniture choice but the staff are too pushy. I don't need help the instant I walk through the door. I prefer to look at the offerings first. Then ask questions.

Bought a mattress that was on sale, the ticket showed it was reduced from £815 to £652. Thankfully they subsequently price matched the best online price of £499. I also wanted to buy a sofa bed and they offered to get some swatch samples, but these never arrived so I went elsewhere. Online reviews should be from genuine customers and not by their own staff !!!

Great family run business with unique pieces of furniture as well as the big brands. Personal service from knowledgeable staff, a rare gem nowadays.

Excellent service from Southons right through from the moment we first entered the store until delivery of our furniture! Tania was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst we chose our sofa and chairs. She informed us from the beginning that delivery was taking a little longer than usual due to Covid, and then she kept us updated regularly as to the status of our order, which was great because at no time did we have to do the chasing. On the day of delivery, the guys were very courteous and exceptionally careful when lifting the furniture into the house, being sure to lay down plenty of floor protection first. They even removed our old sofa which was proving to be a huge headache for us! All I had to do was phone through to the shop with my payment and it was gone! It is very rare to find this quality of service nowadays. Thank you, Team Southon!
