DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !

I ordered an item on the 20th May and have had no correspondence except the order confirmation on the same day. Dispatch was meant to be next working day according to the website, but I have had no dispatch confirmation. Money has been taken from my account and I have heard nothing about my order. I have sent 3 emails to try and get an update, all of which have been ignored, and have left a voicemail on their contact number which is always unavailable when dialled. Do not purchase from this site!

Do not buy from here, awful customer service. Still haven’t heard 3 days after order when the website stated dispatch would be same day.

Great Furniture and Company

Everything was great from start to finish. Easy website to order from, great communication throughout. The delivery was brilliant and prompt with the drivers calling 20 minutes before. The coffee table we received was in perfect condition and looks great. Recommended to friends and family and won't hesitate to use again in future. Great communication and follow up from Adam too!

Absolutely terrible company. They could not fulfil my order but have not refunded my money. Despite sending email and leaving phone messages they have not replied. Avoid Avoid.

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered a light which said delivery 2-3 days, have had no correspondence to confirm telephone number never answered just a voice mail. No replys to email or messages left over 3 day period. AVOID THIS COMPANY CLEARLY CANT FULFILL THEIR ORDERS
