WeDo Hammocks

For us, good customer service, attention to detail and affordable pricing are three key attributes which influence a purchasing decision. We ordered two hammock stands, the first so as to be sure that our hammocks would fit, the second, once we were sure of sizing. We were even asked if we had accidentally ordered the second by mistake! Clearly not - both arrived overnight, both had shipping information and a text from the courier. This is how web purchasing should be.

I am very pleased both with the product and the excellent customer service I received from WeDo Hammocks. After an issue with my order (outside of their control) David from WeDo Hammocks was incredibly helpful and communicative all the way through to resolution. I (or rather my wife) is now the proud owner of a beautiful Hammock.

Just purchased a hammock with stand from We Do Hammocks. The website is really easy to use. The hammock and stand are of really good quality. Exactly as the description. The product arrived much much quicker than expected too via DPD (despite the Covid-19 pressure) and well packed. If you are thinking of buying from this business then do not hesitate.

They take time to understand your requirements and talk through the various options. We purchased the Palmera Rockstone Hammock Chair Stand which works perfectly in our conservatory. We would have no hesitation in recommending both the company and their products.

Fast delivery of my cocoon frame (out of stock in many places) and great customer service from David.

The quality of service was excellent. The hammock arrived quickly and well within the estimated delivery time. Dave responded really quickly and helpfully to my questions on email. Unfortunately, I had to return it (my mistake, not theirs) and the refund was issued immediately. Note I can't comment on product quality because I never opened the box!

Purchased as a comfort addition to our campervan set up as we wanted something small, easy to set up and can be transported when space is always a premium.

I wasn't disappointed upon receiving it, comes in a carry case, easy to erect and very good quality. The frame is really sturdy and well made.

The only issue is I don't get to use it much as the eldest daughter and the wife take it in turns. My daughter has used it for chilling and sleeping, she even got in her sleeping bag and got her head down when the weather turned a little.

I won't go anywhere without it now and it has become a must pack item.
