Furniture Village Guildford

Myself and my Husband visited Guildford store today, we were Greeted and Welcomed by Marcel who was a very helpful and accommodating. We where just only going to look as we planned to visit 2 more other furniture stores. But the way he welcomed us and explain and gave us a good advice about different type of furniture our journey ended up there and we bought 3 pieces of furniture's worth more than £5000. He is very good and very professional.. We really thank him for his time and good customer service he gave us, we definitely going back for more furniture and look for him again. We can't wait to receive our furniture.

Went shopping for a mattress and found they had a good choice of products at prices to suit most budgets, which you could try out at your leisure. Staff were knowledge and attentive but unobtrusive. Unlike other retailers we visited where staff are all over you like a ravenous tramp on a pile of freshly discarded warm chips on a pavement as soon as you walk in.
Once we had made our choice we discussed it with David who was quickly able to answer our questions and offer advice on final choices and delivery optiins then take payment.
In all a painless pleasant experience with quality products at good prices. We would recommend them and use them again.

Had told salesperson Marcel that we weren’t buying today, just exploring options. 20 mins later, purchase done. Knowledgeable, listened to our needs and matched them perfectly. Stress free experience, no hard sell at all. Relaxed and enjoyable throughout.

We visited the store today initially just to look at lounge sofas and matching recliner chairs. Margaret was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to match our needs perfectly. The experience was very relaxed and unhurried. Margaret was able to find exactly the right suite and we finalised the sale.

Just bought a bed from Iain McPhee in Furniture Village Guildford. I only went in to check out sizes and get some ideas but Iain was so knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He was not at all pushy and just guided me from questions I was asking. They have every style and price of bed you can imagine and I've got exactly what I wanted and at a very good price. Perfect and he made it so easy as I hate shopping.

Excellent service at furniture village from Marcel, he was very welcoming and helpful with all my queries. He very kind and provided a great service. I deeply appreciate all his help. He has excellent knowledge of the product he is selling and did help to me make a decision of what I wanted. I’ll definitely go back to furniture village because of his excellent service his has provided for me and my daughter.
