Had the pleasure of Will serving us today. We were so impressed with the level of customer service my mum and I received, to the point where we were in total awe. It’s sad to say that customer service these days is very hit and miss. Will was knowledgeable about all the products and his welcoming manner went above and beyond our expectations. We felt comfortable with no pressure to buy. I will be writing to Head Office to express my appreciation of having dealt with Will today. They are very lucky to have him as an employee . I was there yesterday and wow I couldn't believe the service I received. The lady came and introduced herself and was most charming ,nothing was to much trouble ,she encouraged me to try all the chairs and to sit in them as long as I wanted so I could chose the right one for me. I really liked 2 and she had a gentleman make me a coffee and I sat in the 2 chairs and eventually chose the one for me . She wasn't pushy in any way ,I didn't feel obliged to buy. I recommend a visit if your looking for a chair settee or a bed ,I have never had device like this before. 10 out of 10 for customer service
