Oak Furniture Clearance

I've bought a few things from here, having recently moved to the area. Both of the ladies who work there are amazingly helpful. (I'm sure the guys are too☺) I can't praise them enough, nothing is too much trouble. I've recommended this outlet to so many people. It's true that you have to check everything over but it's such amazing value for money, apart from the brilliant service. If you're looking for a piece of oak furniture then try here first. I can't wait for my bookcase and coffee table.............purchased today and arriving tomorrow. None of that waiting for 3 months lark😊

We bought the sofa April 2021, the staff were fantastic and helpful. Unfortunately at the end of December the sofa collapsed, we contacted oak furniture land and was told the sofa was only guaranteed for six months, our sofa is now eight months. I can’t believe a company could produce a sofa that would only last eight months, very very low quality product. We now have a sofa in the house that we cannot use, I will have to pay somebody to take it away.I Can not tell you how disappointed I am with the product, would not recommend the company.
I have been ripped off….

Jess, I would just like to say what a pleasure you were today. You are an absolute star. Really never had such great service from any other place I've shopped in . You were so through and diligent.

We travelled from Leeds and managed to get 3 wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers. It's a bit of pot luck but if you find what you want there are some absolute bargains and we will be going again for more things soon.
The staff were all really helpful and spent time helping us check various pieces but we need to give a special thank you to Jessica who took customer service to a whole new level.

Staff are excellent, by far the best customer service I have received in any Oak Furniture Land store! Staff were extremely helpful and not pushy. I usually try to avoid Oak Furniture Land due to the sales assistants being pushy, but these guys are amazing.
Some fabulous bargains to be had, a proper hidden gem!

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff who gave information and advice when approached.
I don't think there is anything wrong with asking a customer if there is something specific that they are looking for, it's just being courteous and helpful.
I felt very comfortable in the store and was treated with the utmost courtesy regardless of whether I was making a purchase !

I also received a really warm welcome from a young lady who had just started work at the store that day , who was really helpful and genuine.
Much appreciated.

I am returning to the store to actually purchase in the next few days and can highly recommend both the staff and the excellent offers.

I found the perfect piece of furniture here which was a bonus that accompanied the professional, courteous and delightful way I was helped and supported by Chris and his staff. Chris went above and beyond what could be expected and his assistance and care was exemplary. He is an asset to the company. Fantastic showroom which has the appearance of an Oak Furnitureland store with it's layout. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, especially Chris and Jess, who made sure that we found the best items of furniture. Highly recommended.
