Great service. Salesman very patient when I couldnt decide which wood finish to order on bedroom furniture. Delivery men polite and took cardboard wrapping away for recycling.
Would recommend this shop.

LEWIS - A really good company!

We recently bought a king size bed from Lewis in Staines. The service throughout was exceptionally good. We'd visited several brands of high street bed shops in a neighbouring town without feeling comfortable with either the beds we viewed or aspects of the customer service.

My wife suggested we try Lewis Furniture in Staines. Here we received excellent, impartial advice and information on a number of different beds and manufacturers. Instead of feeling pressed as we had done in the other shops the staff at Lewis were happy for us to visit and browse a number of times before we made our choice.

In the end we chose a very comfortable, supportive and quality built bed from ‘Sleepeezee'. The bed was delivered two weeks ago and the delivery men could not have taken more trouble to help us remove the old bed, clean the floor and assemble the new bed. All we had to do afterwards was make it.

We have been so happy with the quality and comfort of the bed and the outstanding customer service we received from Lewis staff (delivery staff as well as shop staff) that we have bought another single bed (Sleepeezee again) and several ‘chest of drawers’ sets from them as well.

There is no hard sell in this shop. Just solid advice and information based on years of experience. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

A very pleasant visit, was shown several mattresses, was fully informed of the properties of each mattress and which would suit my needs most, was able to make the purchase and take the mattress away with me. very helpful polite and pleasant and also loaded the mattress into the car for me, a very nice personal service that is lacking in a lot of other stores these day would highly recommend

Lewis is a long established furniture store in Staines high street. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they stock and are very happy to explore any other options that you might ask about.
They are very helpful regarding deliveries and the staff who deliver are very careful at handling the merchandise. It is a pleasure to deal with this company.
