Fabulous store, spacious and lots of products to try. Ally was brilliant and her product knowledge was excellent, she was really helpful and patient with us as we tried out just about every sofa in the store! We did not feel rushed or pressurised and were able to spend all the time we needed to make our decision. We placed our order with confidence and now look forward to becoming Loafers! Thank you so much Ally we will be back with pics for you once we have our new sofa and no doubt to purchase cushions, rugs, mugs and all the other gorgeous accessories we resisted yesterday!

We had an amazing experience at the Loaf shack in Guildford. The lovely Ally looked after us and was incredibly helpful and patient as we kept changing our minds. Ally couldn't do enough to help us and we ended up ordering our sofas there and then. The attention to detail in the store, the knowledge of the staff and the all-round chilled and friendly atmosphere made it a very pleasurable shopping experience. Can't wait to receive our new sofa and I'm sure we'll be back for more (plus a bed!)! Thank you

A Great Experience !
We had a Great Experience at Loaf Guildford yesterday. Hayley was helpful, knowledgeable & took the time to give us excellent advice on the Products & our Order. We will be back for the accessories as Hayley also recommended Farrow & Ball upstairs for sample pots for our redecoration... which Loaf take into account with their colours & fabrics. Clever !!

Great experience at Guildford Loaf store. The sales team (I think her name was Ally?) were just terrific, really knowledgeable about the bed/mattresses and covers. Never once felt under pressure and fingers crossed our new bed arrives in 5-7 weeks time. Thanks for a great experience. (nice to have bottles of water offered but would Loaf look at using glasses and jugs of water instead - i know it would require washing up, but wondered if Loaf could consider it at all).

We visited Loaf two weeks ago to look at the furniture with a view to buying several items. Christa was very helpful and spent a great deal of time with us looking at different options, checking sizes, colour swatches and prices - all despite it being a very busy Saturday. We returned today to finalise our purchases. Once again, Christa was very helpful and patient while we were making final decisions and indeed amending some decisions. We left, having placed an order, feeling that it was a job well done. So thank you Christa - we will look forward to receiving our furniture. I should add that all the staff at the Guildford Loaf Shack were pleasant, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this establishment.

What a charming surprise Loaf, Guildford was from other well known sofa shops. I entered with the fear of either being pushed aggressively for a sale or struggling to find a staff member who was engaged or had any idea of what they are selling. This was most certainly not the case with James who was attentive, proposed interesting options and answered all our questions. Thus, we left satisfied as Loaf Guildford, largely in part to James has proven to be the quintessential place to purchase a sofa.

Store is well set out with a wide range of products on display. We were attended to straight away by Stacey. She was really friendly and helpful. We had done a fair amount of research but she showed us further options and gave us plenty of samples for matching our decor. Ordering was easy and we were taken through extra features available. All in all a really good shopping experience.
