Great service - Chris, the sales guy we dealt with, was really good - helpful and informative without being pushy and in your face.
Before agreeing to buy we had questions about delivery because previously there had been issues getting a 3 seater into the room (we had to take a window out). He demonstrated how the unit could be easily taken apart and explained it would be delivered as two sections.
There are material swatches to select colour you want but he also showed us online pictures of the units in the different colours which helped.
Never tried to rush us into making a decision - even got us coffees while we thought about it.
The delivery team were excellent. Although they are not supposed to unpack items they quickly did so because it would not go through the door packaged. They also took the time to show us how the two sections could be attached and removed. Very pleasant guys.
REALLY pleased with the Dover suite we selected - good quality and everyone comments on how comfortable and supportive it is.

Very pleased with the customer care in the Worcester store. The assistant was helpful without being pushy and he stood back to let us discuss and decide which suite we wanted. The delivery time is a little long at 3 months but to get the sofa and chair we wanted, we were willing to wait. We took advantage of the discounts over the bank holiday and were given 2 furniture care packs when we opted for the 5 year protection cover. Very reasonable at £95. So overall very happy so far although cannot comment on delivery yet!

The worst customer experience I've ever had. Bought a computer desk November 2020 and took delivery of it in May 2021. All was fine. May 2022 the desk has developed a huge split straight down the middle of it which has caused a ridge and is very sharp. Tried ringing multiple times and have spent hours on hold over the past couple of weeks. Eventually got through to someone who said that as my 12months warranty expired three days ago there is nothing they would do. I informed her that I'd been trying for weeks to get through but nobody ever picks up! Now I'm left with a desk which is fairly useless and the split is only going to get bigger.

My wife and my self we had to go there to find out missing leg for our settees because we found out it was missing. We spoke to a very friendly man which gave us a phone number for there company so fit . BUT we found out it was fitted when made because the metal nut was not fitted in hole so the leg could not be put on when made ,we found out when turning over to fit a new spring to the base
SO if you buy new check it before have fitted in your room . Next time we will check it.

Not usually a fan of Oak Furniture land as in the past the sales colleagues have badgered me and followed me around the store. This time was better and after initial engagement I was left to browse. All that said there are some nice products on offer.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered a sofa back in July 22 with a delivery date some time in September 22. A week before delivery I had a text to say the delivery had been cancelled and that I needed to reschedule, so I did, for the earliest time available, which was November. November came and a week before delivery the same text message came through to say the delivery had again been cancelled. So I rescheduled delivery for December (4 days before christmas) and the sofa turned up, but the left module was a completely different colour to the rest of the sofa. After a lengthy chat on the phone they agreed to come and swap the incorrect module for the correct one. The date was agreed and I have booked the day off work, and today the van turns up at my house... without my package. You genuinely couldn't make up a worse comedy of errors. Now I have been told that the earliest they can deliver the correct module is 14th February, almost 8 months after I placed the order. They are totally incapable of fulfilling orders and I am considering cancelling altogether and getting my money back .

After being messed around by a company online we decided to check out other options oak furniture land in Worcester was our first stop. A little more expensive but after talking to the bloke there who assured us their company wouldn’t never have a delay with there orders we decided to go for it 5 weeks later and time for delivery we was given a time slot but the next day we was called to say sorry we can not deliver your sofa now until next year!!! I would recommend you not listen to their adverts that state delivery before Christmas because you will be disappointed but also stuck with your old sofa for Christmas

Large store with lots of merchandise. Well laid out. Good quality. Friendly staff. Let down by after sales Customer Services. Impossible to get through to speak to anyone. Some items delayed due to being shipped in from South East Asia.
