Awful experience - Never buy from India Jane

I ordered a sofa in January, from the Guildford store, and have only ever been given false timelines and expected delivery timeframes. I have had to chase them for information throughout the process and they cannot provide any answer as to why they cannot deliver the sofa. I have resorted to requesting my money back and they have been ignoring me continuously for weeks. Appalling customer service especially after spending thousands of pounds. They don't care about customers and at this point have stolen my money.

Very nice shop with a range of beautiful furniture and household items spread over 3 floors. A bit pricey but good, quality products.

Very friendly staff, beautifully designed shop. Prices are nowhere as high as I would have expected from a prestigious decor shop!

Posh stuff but reasonable prices.
